We began with a CRO roadmap to pinpoint where we could improve both performance and usability. From there, we made targeted updates across key areas of the site, such as the homepage, navigation, product pages, collections, and cart. We also introduced Conjura to optimise their analytics strategy and carried out a full app audit to clean up what wasn’t working.
The real turning point, however, was we completely rebuilt their site using the Sleek Shopify Theme. This gave the Saira Skin team full editorial control, so they no longer had to wait on developers for simple tasks like swapping out a banner or updating product information.
We also made sure we weren’t just building for now, but for what’s next. That included prepping for heatmapping tools, which will help us dive deeper into how users are interacting with the site post-launch. Plus, we laid the groundwork for new features like a refer-a-friend programme, subscriptions, and custom Shopify email notifications.
Throughout the project, we stayed close to the team, especially during a period when they were short-staffed, managing integrations, handling discount campaigns, and generally making sure everything stayed on track.
