James Showroom approached us with a clear need to redesign their homepage, collection pages, and product pages, all key areas that shape how visitors experience the site. While the original site functioned, it wasn’t capturing the essence of who they are or how they want to present themselves. And while the redesign certainly improved the look, the real focus was on creating a thoughtful user experience that matched the quality of their in-person offerings.
